HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

When you place your order, your garment will be freshly printed/embroidered. No sitting inventory picking up dust. Our products are printed on an as-ordered basis, where processing time usually takes between 3-5 days.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. We make it a priority to our customers. Depending on your location, shipping times can range anywhere from 3-7 business days. Orders are made, printed, and shipped from the USA 🇺🇸

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Yes! When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number so you know it is on the way!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier accordingly (USPS/UPS/FedEX/DHL). You may then navigate to their website and track your package using the tracking number that we provide you.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Each product is custom made based on your order, and we do not stock inventory. Once an order is placed, giveaway entries are automatically submitted. No refunds will be issued after the completion of a giveaway campaign.

Errors Upon Receiving Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped qualify for store credit or a refund. Email us at info@wrxnation.net with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect product and we'll get you squared away.

Important Information

Unless the item(s) you ordered are defective, purchases made during an active giveaway are non-refundable after the giveaway campaign ends. After the promotional sweepstakes period has ended, you may contact us about returning an item, and if eligible, you may choose a comparable item of equal value or request store credit. Since purchases earn you entries to win a vehicle during a giveaway, we must enforce this policy.
